For the 2026/27 winter season, we’re looking for a dedicated assistant restaurant manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about hospitality, takes on responsibility, and works alongside our restaurant manager to ensure our guests feel completely at home.
With your organizational skills, your people skills, and your warm personality, you’ll support the management of our restaurant, coordinate the service team, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll combine strong leadership with genuine hospitality and, together with your team, create special moments of enjoyment.

Tasks
- Assist the restaurant manager in organizing and managing the entire restaurant area
- Acting as a substitute for the restaurant manager in his or her absence and taking responsibility for day-to-day operations
- Coordinating, guiding, and motivating the service team
- Ensuring smooth service operations and upholding our high service standards
- Actively participating in guest service and providing warm hospitality to our guests
- Assisting with scheduling and assigning service staff
- Training and supporting new employees and fostering teamwork
- Handling guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene, quality, and service standards
- Assisting with ordering, inventory checks, and the efficient use of resources
- Close collaboration with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure optimal operations
Requirements
- Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in the upscale restaurant or hotel industry
- Some leadership experience and a passion for supporting and motivating a service team
- Strong hospitality skills and a passion for interacting with our guests
- Very good command of German; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- An independent, organized, and responsible work ethic
- Organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations
- A confident and well-groomed appearance, as well as a professional demeanor toward guests and colleagues
- Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail
- A passion for excellent service and a commitment to working with the team to provide our guests with a special vacation experience
- Willingness to actively support the restaurant manager and take on responsibility in their absence
Experience
3 Jahre Work experience
< 1 Jahr Leadership experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
2800 € gross / month
Depending on qualifications, we may be willing to pay above market rate.
