It's "Show Time" for everyone who wants to develop and make a statement at the Hotel Bergfried. Your place as Sous Chef is backstage. After the head chef, you are the most senior member of the entire kitchen team. You therefore bear full responsibility and have the task of helping and teaching everyone and, of course, doing your job properly and professionally. Trust is a basic prerequisite in this position and is absolutely required by us.
Requirements
As a sous chef at ***** Hotel Bergfried, you need a lot of experience in fine dining and a positive educational background. You are always in contact with people and food, so politeness, a well-groomed appearance and hygiene are an absolute must-have. Your task is to write menus together with the head chef, to help the other chefs and, of course, to do your own job to the best of your ability. Motivation and flexibility, stamina and calmness, skill and accuracy are the basis for this position.
