Requirements
As a Chef de Rang, extensive experience in service, courtesy, a well-groomed appearance, charisma, and professionalism are absolute must-haves. To provide guests with accurate information about wines, cocktails, digestifs, etc., on a daily basis, quick comprehension and a willingness to learn are essential. This, in turn, also requires excellent German and English language skills. Any additional foreign languages are a plus. Training is preferred.
