Requirements

Your tasks as Chef de Gardemanger are mainly focused on starters. Sophistication, creativity and explosions of flavor are not only what your guests want from you, but also what we want from you. We expect you to have professional experience, accuracy, professionalism and a completed apprenticeship. You are always in contact with people and food, so politeness, a well-groomed appearance and hygiene are an absolute must-have. Motivation and flexibility, stamina and calmness, skill and accuracy are the basics for this position.
