Requirements
Your responsibilities as Chef de Gardemanger focus primarily on appetizers. Sophistication, creativity, and bursts of flavor are what not only your guests but also we expect from you. We expect you to have professional experience, attention to detail, professionalism, and a completed culinary education. You are constantly interacting with people and food, so politeness, a neat appearance, and good hygiene are absolute musts. Motivation and flexibility, perseverance and composure, skill and precision are the cornerstones of this position.
