Requirements
- Deputizing for the head chef in his absence
- Organizing and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen
- Purchasing goods in compliance with the budget & the use of goods
- Checking the proper handling of food and equipment
- Ensuring product and service quality
- Guidance and instruction of trainees
- Responsibility for and ensuring smooth operations and compliance with HACCP guidelines during the chef's absence Your profile to make a difference together:
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Several years of extensive professional experience and management experience with at least 5 subordinates in a comparable position
- Good written and spoken German
- Reliable computer skills in common software and hardware - Willingness to take responsibility, empathy and communication skills
- Initiative and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Motivation, creativity and an organized and independent way of working
- Language skills
