Your tasks: - Representing the head chef in his absence - Organizing and ensuring a smooth process in the kitchen - Purchasing goods in compliance with the budget & use of goods - Checking the professional handling of food and work equipment - Ensuring product and service quality - Guiding and instructing trainees - Responsibility and ensuring a smooth process as well as compliance with HACCP guidelines during the absence of the head chef Your profile to make a difference together: - Completed vocational training as a chef - Several years of extensive professional experience and management experience with at least 5 subordinate employees in a comparable position - Good written and spoken German - Reliable computer skills in common software and hardware - Willingness to take responsibility, empathy and communication skills - Initiative and the ability to lead and motivate a team - Motivation, creativity and an organized and independent way of working
