To strengthen our great #gästebegeisterer team, we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef (m|w|d) from June 2024 .

DEINE ROLLE IM TEAM:

• Support and representation of the head chef in all organizational and technical tasks (menu design, ordering, etc.)
• Induction and motivated employee management
• Preparation and presentation of the menu at the respective post
• Careful inventory management (ordering, receipt and control of goods)

THAT SETS YOU APART:

• Completed vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience as a Tournant or Chef de Partie in all positions (management experience in a team is an advantage)
• Quality-consciousand conscientious way of working
• Enthusiasm for the profession and working in a team
• Appreciative and team-oriented management style
• Very good knowledge of German and English
