Would you like to delight our guests with your culinary creations? As a junior sous chef, you will support the sous chef and head chef in the daily organization of the kitchen and use your expertise and passion to ensure that every dish is perfectly presented. You will take responsibility for your station, actively participate in the preparation of our dishes, and always keep an eye on quality, timing, and presentation . With your commitment, team spirit, and attention to detail, you will play a key role in ensuring that every visit to our restaurant is an enjoyable experience.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:
- As a junior sous chef, you will support and represent the head chef in all organizational and technical tasks—from menu planning to ordering.
- With your team spirit, you train new employees and ensure motivation and cohesion in the kitchen team.
- In your position, you prepare the menus with great care and ensure that the dishes are presented in an appealing manner.
- You maintain an overview of orders, goods receipt, and storage at all times and ensure careful inventory management in accordance with the highest quality and hygiene standards.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- You have completed vocational training and have at least 3 years of professional experience as a tournant or chef de partie in all positions – leadership experience in a team is an advantage.
- With a quality-conscious and conscientious approach to your work, you ensure the highest standards in the kitchen every day.
- You are characterized by enthusiasm for your profession and enjoyment of working in a team.
- An appreciative, team-oriented leadership style is a matter of course for you.
- Excellent German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently in everyday kitchen situations.
