4-Star Superior Hotel Erlebach in the Kleinwalsertal. We are a third-generation family-run business with 80 beds. Our guests can expect the perfect blend of activity, relaxation, and culinary delights at our family-run hiking, wellness, and gourmet hotel—both in summer and winter. We value coziness, authenticity, and a family atmosphere.
At the same time, we place great emphasis on quality in every aspect of our hotel. Thanks to our major renovations in the spring of 2024 and 2026, we’ve created new spaces designed for relaxation, wellness, excellent dining, and fine beverages.
The heart of our hotel is the 25GipfelSpa with its rooftop infinity pool, as well as our brand-new kitchen featuring a buffet area, restaurant, bar, lobby, and wine room.
Our kitchen is known for high-quality regional cuisine featuring culinary highlights.
We are looking for a dedicated Head Chef (m/f/d) who is motivated to contribute their creativity and passion to our hotel and the well-being of our guests.

Requirements
- Completed training as a chef, as well as experience as a head chef or sous chef in the hospitality industry
- Cooking is your passion, and you love working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- A creative and self-motivated individual with an eye for detail
- Independent and meticulous work style
- Friendly, communicative, punctual, motivated, responsible, and reliable
- You’re a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a talent for organization
- You have efficient work organization skills, are confident in cost calculations, and are cost-conscious
- You enjoy helping to further develop our culinary offerings and contribute your own knowledge and ideas
- You are known for your resilience, willingness to perform, and ability to remain calm in hectic situations
- You have a strong commitment to quality and service
- A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German, as well as computer skills
