The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. Theemployment contract begins on June 10, 2026, and is expected to run through September 25, 2026.
Your role in the team
- You will support the Head Chef and stand in for him when he is absent. You will lead the team with organizational skills and initiative.
- You will help design the menu and share responsibility for food costs.
- You ensure smooth operations in the kitchen—from mise-en-place to preparation at your station.
- You prioritize quality, freshness, and responsible food handling.
- You handle the receipt of goods, check quality, and adhere to all hygiene and quality standards.
- You work closely with the kitchen team and actively contribute to the team.
Requirements
What you bring to the table
- You have completed an apprenticeship or vocational training and have already gained experience in the kitchen.
- You are creative, technically skilled, and think cost-consciously and entrepreneurially.
- You work independently, are organized, and have an eye for detail.
- Cleanliness, quality, and a responsible approach to food are a given for you.
- You’re open to new ideas, a team player, and approach your work with enthusiasm.
- You present yourself well, speak good German (English is a plus), and are honest, punctual, and reliable.
