The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. Theemployment contract begins on June 10, 2026, and is expected to run through September 25, 2026.

Your role in the team

• You will support the Head Chef and stand in for him when he is absent. You will lead the team with organizational skills and initiative.
• You will help design the menu and share responsibility for food costs.
• You ensure smooth operations in the kitchen—from mise-en-place to preparation at your station.
• You prioritize quality, freshness, and responsible food handling.
• You handle the receipt of goods, check quality, and adhere to all hygiene and quality standards.
• You work closely with the kitchen team and actively contribute to the team.
