- Support and representation of our head chef in the management of the kitchen team

- Responsibility for a smooth process in the kitchen - from the mise en place to the finished dish

- Co-designing the menu and developing new culinary concepts

- Quality control and ensuring hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

- Guidance and motivation of the team, especially the young chefs and apprentices

- Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in a comparable position

- A passion for high-quality cooking and a flair for trends

- Strong leadership, team spirit and a sense of responsibility

- Structured and independent way of working

- Good knowledge of German (English an advantage)

- Year-round position in a renowned 4-star superior hotel
