Description
For our Panorama Alm in Saalbach we are looking for an experienced and committed Sous-Chef (m/f/d) for the winter season 2025/26.As the right hand of the chef, you will be jointly responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, the organization of work processes and ensuring the high quality standards of our kitchen.You will actively participate in the daily business and contribute your knowledge of Austrian and regional cuisine to inspire our guests with high-quality dishes.
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef and several years of experience in a managerial position
- Sound knowledge of Austrian and regional cuisine
- Leadership qualities, organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- High quality awareness and enjoyment of teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and an eye for detail
- Language skills
