Requirements
Your tasks:
- Central point of contact in the team: You take responsibility for reception and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from check-in to coordinating bookings and inquiries.
- Organization and administration: You take care of reservations, bookings and answer inquiries - both by phone and in writing. You keep an overview and ensure that everything runs efficiently.
- Support and collaboration: You work closely with the other departments and ensure that all processes run smoothly and are well organized - from planning half-board to internal processes in the hotel.
- Personal responsibility and development: You have the opportunity to take on responsibility and develop personally. With us, you are not just a cog in the wheel, but can actively help shape things.
What you need:
- A warm personality who enjoys working in a team and taking on responsibility
- Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful moments
- Enjoy open communication and working together as equals
- Experience in the hotel industry or the willingness to enthusiastically familiarize yourself with the job - career changers are also very welcome
