The Hotel Moisl is a family-run 4 star hotel in the heart of Abtenau in the picturesque Salzburger Land. In order to offer our guests the highest possible comfort during their well-deserved vacation, we are looking for motivated, committed employees. Your tasks as a receptionist include - Carrying out check-ins & check-outs - Answering inquiries via telephone and email - First point of contact for all guests, to fulfill individual requests - Assisting with the organization of events etc. - Maintaining data in our hotel software and online platforms - Organizing internal processes - Creating lists and invoices
Requirements
- Professional experience as a receptionist - Polite, well-groomed and professional appearance - Independent, responsible and cost-conscious behavior
