Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Central point of contact within the team: You’ll be responsible for the front desk and ensure that everything runs smoothly—from check-in to coordinating reservations and inquiries.
- Organization and administration: You’ll handle reservations, bookings, and respond to inquiries—both by phone and in writing. You’ll maintain an overview and ensure that everything runs efficiently.
- Support and collaboration: You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure all processes run smoothly and are well-organized—from planning half-board arrangements to internal hotel procedures.
- Personal Responsibility and Professional Development: You’ll have the opportunity to take on responsibility and grow professionally. With us, you’re not just a cog in the wheel—you can actively help shape the future.
What you bring to the table:
- A warm personality who enjoys working in a team and taking on responsibility
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a clear head even in stressful situations
- A passion for open communication and collaboration on equal terms
- Experience in the hotel industry or a willingness to enthusiastically learn the ropes—career changers are also welcome
- Black pants and white shirts/blouses (traditional attire is welcome)
