Your tasks:
- Planning, organizing and implementing work processes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Ensuring continuous quality assurance, high product quality and economical use of goods
- Ordering goods and maintaining suppliers
- Compliance with legal regulations (occupational health and safety/safety, HACCP)
- Compliance with all legally prescribed guidelines and controls
- Participation in the creation of menu cards and promotions
- Carrying out inventories
- Guidance and support for trainees
- You support/represent the head chef in all matters
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef (m/f)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene regulations, HACCP, hazardous substances regulations and occupational safety
- Experience in vegetarian and vegan cuisine
- High guest and service orientation
- Resilient, reliable, honest, punctual, team player
- High operational readiness
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
