Description
We are a home on the mountain for our guests, but also for our team. Both we as a family and our long-standing employees create a good working atmosphere.
We are looking for a Chef de partie (m/f/d) for our hotel restaurant for the current summer season (or also for the winter season).
- Support in all areas and in all positions
- Preparation and serving of dishes
- Coordination & responsibility for a smooth process
- careful and responsible handling of food and the various raw materials
- Compliance with and assurance of operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- completed vocational training as a cook
- ideally professional experience in a comparable position in the (upscale) hotel/catering industry
- good language skills in English (German an advantage)
- independent and motivated work, willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability and ability to work in a team
