Description
We are a home on the mountain for our guests, but also for our team. Both we as a family and our long-standing employees create a good working atmosphere. For the coming summer season 2024 - and also for the following winter season - we are looking for a Tournant (m/f/d) for our hotel restaurant. - Support in all areas and in all positions - Preparation and serving of food - Coordination & responsibility for a smooth process - Careful and responsible handling of food and the various raw materials - Compliance with and assurance of operational standards - Ensuring HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- completed vocational training as a cook - ideally professional experience in a comparable position in the (upscale) hotel/catering industry - good language skills in German and English - independent and motivated work, willingness to learn - ability to work under pressure, reliability and team spirit
