Your responsibilities:
- Standing in for Chef de Parties during vacations, sick leave, or peak periods
- Preparing and plating dishes at various stations (hot/cold) for our hotel guests
- Ensuring food quality and a passion for good food
- Further development and creation of the culinary offerings
- Independently ensuring a professional mise en place
- Responsible for ensuring optimal production workflow
- Compliance with prescribed HACCP guidelines
- Proper handling of food and work materials
Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
- Economically and ecologically sustainable work
- Well-groomed appearance
- Communicative and interpersonal skills
- Ambition, sociability and motivation
- High service and quality orientation
- Excellent communication skills and a convincing and winning manner
