Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Passionate hosts – You delight our guests with excellent service and create unforgettable culinary experiences
• Leadership – You enjoy leading, motivating, and developing your service team and foster a positive work environment
• Organizational Skills – You coordinate all restaurant operations and ensure professional and seamless service
• Committed to quality – You ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and hygiene and uphold them together with your team
• Passionate Service – You’ll provide our guests with expert advice on choosing food and drinks, and your warm and welcoming manner will ensure a special dining experience
• Sense of Responsibility – You take responsibility for scheduling, inventory management, and the continuous optimization of daily operations

Your Profile

• Work Experience – You have experience in upscale restaurants or the hospitality industry, ideally in a management position
• Leadership Skills – You motivate your team through appreciation, professionalism, and clear communication
• Organizational Skills – You are known for your structured and independent approach to work
• Service-oriented approach – Quality, hospitality, and a professional demeanor come naturally to you
• Language Skills – Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
