Your Responsibilities

  • You will support the executive team in organizational, administrative, and operational matters.
  • You’ll be responsible for our recruiting process—from posting job openings to successfully onboarding new employees. 
  • You’ll serve as the point of contact for HR-related matters and work closely with our external payroll provider. 
  • You will monitor work hours and assist with efficient staff scheduling. 
  • You’ll coordinate administrative processes with our external accounting team. 
  • Together with our marketing team, you’ll implement creative marketing and communication initiatives. 
  • You’ll handle orders for non-food items. 
  • You’ll actively assist at the front desk and provide professional service to our guests throughout their entire stay—from preparing quotes and processing reservations to check-in and check-out, as well as invoicing, guest correspondence, and expert advice. You’ll support the front-office team in their day-to-day operations and, together with your colleagues, ensure that everything runs smoothly and that guests receive warm, welcoming service.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • A completed vocational training program in the hospitality or tourism industry, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the hospitality industry—ideally with experience in reception, administration, or human resources
  • A strong hospitality mindset and a passion for interacting with guests and coworkers
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and in a structured manner, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, discretion, and a hands-on approach
  • Very good computer skills, particularly in MS Office, and ideally experience with ASA and common online booking platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations
