Requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm welcome and professional service to our guests
  • Check-in and check-out, as well as managing the front desk cash register
  • Preparing quotes and invoices, and maintaining guest records
  • Receiving and processing reservations by phone, email, and through online booking platforms
  • Assigning rooms and managing guest reservations
  • Handling guest requests and complaints with a strong commitment to service
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensuring first-class guest service and actively promoting our hotel services

What You Bring to the Table

  • Completed training in the hospitality industry or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience at a hotel front desk is a plus
  • A passion for the upscale hospitality industry and genuine hospitality skills
  • A passion for ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay
  • A friendly, professional, and confident demeanor—even in challenging situations
  • Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
  • Very good computer skills (ideally ASA, online booking platforms, and MS Office)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure
