Requirements
Your Qualifications:You have completed culinary training and have substantial professional experience in a similar position. You work in an organized and independent manner, maintaining high standards of quality. You are known for your creativity, team spirit, and passion for your profession.
Your Responsibilities:As a Chef de Partie, you will independently manage your station and be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. You will ensure smooth operations in your area, assist with ordering and inventory control, and help maintain our quality and hygiene standards (HACCP). Additionally, you will actively contribute your ideas and support new team members during their onboarding.
