Description
Our bar is the heart of the Böglerhof and a central gathering place in our hotel. From 10 a.m. to midnight, we help our guests enjoy their day here—with a personal, attentive touch and a high standard of quality and service.
As a bar attendant (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in creating the atmosphere at our bar. You’ll attend to and advise our guests, be familiar with our offerings, and work with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally.
We’re looking for someone with experience working behind the bar or in upscale service, a good knowledge of beverages, and a keen sense of our guests’ needs.
Start date: December 2—seasonal or full-time position.
Requirements
Your responsibilities with us:
- You’ll provide attentive and personalized service and advice to our guests.
- You’ll prepare drinks professionally and to the highest quality standards.
- Using your knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverages, you’ll provide expert advice to our guests.
- Together with the team, you’ll ensure that operations at the bar run professionally and smoothly.
- Thorough preparation and a complete mise en place are a given for you.
- You ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with our quality standards.
- You handle our products and merchandise with care and responsibility.
- You’ll work closely with the service team and other departments in the establishment.
Here’s what we’re looking for in you:
- Professional experience working behind the bar or in upscale service
- Strong knowledge of beverages, wine, and spirits
- Confidence in preparing classic cocktails and bar drinks
- A passion for providing personalized advice and service to our guests
- An independent, organized, and meticulous approach to work
- A neat and professional appearance
- Team spirit, reliability, and a respectful attitude toward one another
- Excellent German and English language skills
