Description
Have you completed your culinary training, gained some initial experience, and are looking to further develop your professional skills? As a junior chef (m/f/d), you’ll work across various stations, gradually take on more responsibility, and learn from experienced colleagues. It’s important to us that you already have a solid technical foundation, are eager to learn, and enjoy your profession.
Start date: December 2 or by agreement—either as a seasonal or full-time position.
Requirements
Your responsibilities with us:
- You’ll assist the kitchen team with the prep and preparation of our dishes.
- Depending on your experience, you’ll work in various roles and take on increasingly independent responsibilities.
- You’ll ensure that food is prepared cleanly and carefully and presented in an appealing way.
- You’ll handle our high-quality ingredients with care and responsibility.
- You’ll set up your workstation and prepare your mise en place independently and reliably.
- You consistently adhere to our quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- In your day-to-day kitchen work, you’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues.

Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
