Cosmetology & Massage Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

• You’ll spend most of your workday performing treatments and personally attending to our guests.
• Your treatment portfolio includes cosmetic and body treatments, massages, as well as manicures and pedicures.
• You’ll provide personalized advice to our guests on treatments and products and actively promote the sale of our skincare products.
• At the same time, you’ll assume professional responsibility for our entire treatment team and serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions.
• You’ll ensure that our treatments and procedures are performed consistently and to a high standard.
• You will carefully train new team members in our treatments, products, and standards.
• You share your knowledge as part of your daily work and conduct regular internal training sessions.
• You will ensure that treatment rooms are professionally prepared and that our hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
• You’ll contribute your experience and expertise to the ongoing development of our treatment offerings.
• You’ll work closely with spa management and foster effective communication within the team.

Here’s what we’re looking for in you:

• A completed cosmetology certification 
• Several years of professional experience in the field of cosmetology and treatments, ideally in the upscale hospitality industry or a high-end spa
• In-depth product knowledge and confidence in providing personalized consultations to our guests
• Experience in providing professional guidance to staff—or a willingness to take the next step into a position of responsibility
• A passion for sharing knowledge, setting an example by adhering to standards, and providing professional support to others
• An independent, organized, and responsible work ethic
• A well-groomed and professional demeanor, as well as a keen sense of our guests’ needs
• Very good German and English language skills
• Team spirit, reliability, and a respectful approach to one another
