Your mission in the reception gang:
- Welcome professional: you are the first point of contact for our guests from check-in to check-out and ensure a smooth stay.
- Travel organizer: You take care of arrivals and departures and make sure that everything is perfectly prepared, including our daily guest mail.
- Wish fulfiller: Whether it's a small extra request or a referral - you make sure that guests feel listened to and looked after.
- Cashier: You take responsibility for the cash register, keep an eye on the stock and ensure a clean handover. You carefully book and process registration forms and receipts.
- All-rounder with heart: Whether it's vouchers, small projects or supporting reservations - you'll be happy to get involved.
Requirements
