You’ll be in charge of our front desk—with everything that entails: a team of 10 people, coordinating workflows, and keeping an eye on the big picture when things get hectic. But your most important role isthis: You’re a vital part of what makes Franks special—along with 80 other people who work every day to ensure our guests truly feel at home.

 

You know that Ms. Schneider always sleeps on the right side of the bed. You can sense when someone just wants to settle in—and when someone needs a conversation. You help ensure that your team embodies this every day—and that guests don’t remember a perfect process, but rather the people.

Requirements

  • The Face of the Hotel:Together with the team, you’re the first point of contact for our guests—whether they have questions, special requests, or anything else that makes their stay unforgettable.
  • Both a leader and a hands-on worker:You’re responsible for the strategic development of the front desk—occupancy, processes, the big picture. And at the same time, you’re right there at the counter when it counts: check-in, check-out, reservations.
  • Numbers and Channels Under Control:You manage our booking channels, keep an eye on relevant metrics, create forecasts and statistics—and ensure that the cash register and accounting run smoothly.
  • Team leadership with heart:You’ll lead and develop a team of ten people—through regular performance reviews and targeted training and professional development. Not just because it’s expected, but because you know: great guest service starts with motivated people.
  • Hotel Management with Vision:You have completed training in hotel management and have several years of experience at the front desk or in reservations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset:You understand numbers, work closely with other departments, and act in the best interests of the company as a whole.
  • Sales Talent:You recognize opportunities before they’re even mentioned and develop offers that delight guests—with tact rather than pressure.
  • A Team Player with Heart:For you, leadership means setting an example, offering support, and growing together.
  • Professional demeanor:A sense of style, reliability, and a sense of responsibility come naturally to you.
