Requirements
Your Mission:
Bar Manager: You’ll take charge of our RoCo Bar and, together with your team, ensure everything runs smoothly and create memorable evenings.
Creative Concept Developer: You’ll develop new cocktail ideas, specials, and creative concepts, bringing a fresh perspective to our bar menu.
Quality Expert: You’ll keep an eye on inventory management, orders, cleanliness, and standards, working in a structured and responsible manner.
Hands-On Operator: Of course, you’ll also be behind the bar yourself, passionately preparing cocktails, spirits, aperitifs, and specialty coffees, and assisting with service as needed.
What you bring to the table:
Bar in your blood: You love the world of drinks, trends, and flavors—and can share this enthusiasm with guests and the team.
Leadership skills: You lead your team with heart, share your knowledge, organize processes, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
Experience & expertise: Ideally, you have experience in a similar role or are looking to take the next step in your career from a senior bar position.
Style & Professionalism: A polished appearance, good manners, and a commitment to quality come naturally to you.
