Your tasks

• Cordial care and expert advice for our guests
• Active cooperation at the bar - both in front of and behind the bar
• Professional preparation of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks and creative cocktails
• Active drink recommendations and sales-oriented service
• Close cooperation with the bar management team
• Shared responsibility for the bar inventory
• Assistance during the evening service in the restaurant
• Mise-en-place activities
• Careful preparation and follow-up work including office activities
• Compliance with all HACCP quality and hygiene standards on your ward

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the 4*/5* hotel industry in a comparable position
• Enthusiasm for dealing with people and a genuine passion for the job
• Team player with an open personality, charm and a high level of service awareness
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Reliable, clean and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
