Your tasks

• Expert advice for our guests on wine, champagne, digestifs & rarities
• Support and further development of an extensive, high-quality wine range together with the F&B Supervisor
• Implementation of internal training and further development of the service team
• Organization of special moments of enjoyment such as tastings and wine evenings
• Close cooperation with the bar team after the evening service
• Supporting the head waiter team in daily operations

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a comparable position and in this hotel category
• Completed training as a sommelier Austria required
• Passion for wine, culinary culture and hospitality
• Structured, independent way of working and high quality standards
• Enjoy passing on knowledge and inspiring colleagues
• Well-groomed appearance, cordiality & a pronounced understanding of hospitality
• Strong sales talent
