• independent work at your post
• Responsibility for the entire mise en place at your post
• Instructing and training your demi chef
• Support with the goods requirements at the station
• Hygiene responsibility for your station according to HACCP standards

• independent training and further education

You will fit in with us if you..

• Speak German and English
• have completed training as a chef
• have at least 2 years of professional experience as a chef de partie
• can fulfill the goals and tasks set by the head chef or sous chef
• work well in a team, enjoy learning and teaching
• can treat colleagues and service providers with respect
• Value guest satisfaction and product quality
• Are enthusiastic about high-quality and special ingredients
• work cost-consciously and economically
