Description
Join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie—ideally starting in early July! As part of your new role, you’ll ensure the highest product quality at your station in the hotel kitchen.
The minimum wage for our Chef de Partie position is set by our collective bargaining agreement: €2,200 net per month for a 48-hour workweek (6 days per week).
Requirements
Here's what you can expect as a Chef de Partie:
- Working independently at all stations in the kitchen
- Responsibility for the entire mise en place at your station
- Assisting with ordering supplies for your station
- Responsibility for hygiene at your station in accordance with HACCP standards
Independent professional development and training
You’re a good fit for us if you…
- speak German and English
- have completed culinary training
- have at least 2 years of professional experience as a chef de partie
- can meet the goals and complete the tasks set by the head chef or sous chef
- work well in a team, enjoy learning and teaching
- can treat colleagues and service providers with respect
- prioritize guest satisfaction and product quality
- Have a passion for high-quality and unique ingredients
- work cost-consciously and efficiently
