YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Personal service and advice for guests in our lobby bar, which was redesigned in 2017
• Preparation of cocktails and other drinks
• Professional wine service
• Guest care in the spirit of our company DNA: GUEST(!)lichkeit, FREUND(!)lichkeit, HERZ(!)lichkeit
• Advising guests on their choice of drinks
• Assistance during dinner service in the restaurant
• Management and training of employees.
• Induction of new employees, temporary staff and trainees.
• Ensuring a smooth service process.
• Quality control and assurance.
• Responsibility for cleanliness and cleaning
• Ordering of drinks and equipment, as well as annual inventory in cooperation with Chef de Bar and F&B Manager

• We require perfect German and a good command of English
• Friendly, competent demeanor and well-groomed appearance
