YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Personalized service and advice for guests in our lobby bar, which was redesigned in 2017
• Preparing cocktails and other beverages
• Professional Wine Service
• Guest service that embodies our company’s DNA: HOSPITALITY, FRIENDLINESS, WARMTH
• Assisting guests in choosing beverages
• Assistance during the evening service at the restaurant
• Management and training of employees.
• Orientation of new employees, temporary staff, and trainees.
• Ensuring a smooth service process.
• Quality control and assurance.
• Responsibility for Cleanliness and Cleaning
• Ordering beverages and equipment, as well as conducting the annual inventory in collaboration with the Bar Manager and F&B Manager

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING

• We require fluent German and a good command of English
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a neat, well-groomed appearance
