YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Preparing fresh and locally sourced foods
• Creative inspiration for the daily changing evening menu
• Assisting the chef de partie at the respective station
• Guest service that embodies our company’s DNA: HOSPITALITY, FRIENDLINESS, WARMTH
• Maintenance of the cold storage facility and the goods
• Inventory Control
• Assist the kitchen staff with all necessary tasks
• Monitoring and compliance with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING

• Successful completion of vocational training as a chef
• Professional experience is a plus
• An eye for industry trends
• For you, exceptional service and quality are just as much a given as meeting high standards
• Ability to work well with others and enjoyment of the work
• Readiness and resilience
• Good knowledge of German
