YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personalized service and advice for guests in our lobby bar, which was redesigned in 2017
• Preparing Cocktails and Other Beverages
• Professional Wine Service
• Guest service that fully embodies our company’s DNA: HOSPITALITY(!), FRIENDLINESS(!), and WARMTH(!)
• Advising guests on their beverage choices
• Assistance during the evening service at the restaurant
• Employee leadership and training.
• Orientation for new employees, temporary staff, and trainees.
• Ensuring a smooth service process.
• Quality Control and Assurance.
• Responsibility for Cleanliness and Cleaning
• Ordering beverages and equipment, as well as conducting the annual inventory in collaboration with our restaurant manager

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING

• Completion of culinary training and several years of professional experience in a similar position are required.
• Excellent subject-specific knowledge in the areas of spirits, wine, coffee, and tea
• We require perfect German and a good command of English
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
