• Completed training as a chef
• Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in fine dining

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes according to the highest culinary standards (set menus and à la carte dishes)
• Contributing to the development of innovative menus and seasonal specialties
• Ensuring the quality and freshness of all ingredients used
• Responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations and standards
• Coordinating and supervising kitchen assistants and trainees
