You’re creative, and you value working with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can manage your station independently, yet you still take great pleasure in working with others. Your responsibilities: • Independently managing your station as a garde manger or entremetier • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes • Developing new dishes within your area of responsibility • Adhering to HACCP hygiene standards • Quality assurance
