Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeper / Matron at DAS.GOLDBERG GmbH In the role of housekeeper, you are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. You will independently lead a team and oversee the scheduling, training, and professional development of your staff, as well as the creation of duty and vacation schedules for your department. As a manager, you will foster a reliable and warm team spirit and address all guest requests. You will be responsible for all seasonal decorative and design tasks in the hotel’s public areas. You will work closely with housekeeping, the front desk, and F&B, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our hotel’s quality.
