Description
• Assist in establishing and managing the reception and reservations team (front and back office)
• Helps ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the reception area
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Check-in and check-out, as well as operating the cash register
• Standard front desk duties such as check-in and check-out, issuing invoices and quotes, updating guest information, etc.
• Receiving and processing reservations and inquiries by phone, fax, email, and all major online portals, as well as assigning rooms
• Very close collaboration with the entire leadership team
• Active communication and quality assurance across all departments
• Employee scheduling and shift planning

• Sales and motivational skills, negotiation skills
• You have strong computer skills (hotel software, online booking systems, Outlook, Office programs, etc.)
• You are fluent in both spoken and written English and German
• You can lead and motivate a team, and you are also a team player yourself
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, are flexible, can handle pressure, and take pleasure in shared success
