Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Leading, organizing, and coordinating the entire restaurant and service team
• Ensuring a smooth and warm service experience
• Actively participating in service and engaging with guests—you’re right in the thick of things, not just standing on the sidelines
• Working closely with the kitchen management and the entire leadership team
• Scheduling shifts and vacations, as well as coordinating staff assignments
• Onboarding, training, and professional development of your staff
• Ensuring and continuously monitoring our service and quality standards
• Professional guest service and active complaint management
• Designing and expanding our beverage and wine offerings
• Active sales and expert advice for our guests
• Responsibility for ordering and inventory management in the service area
• Monitoring the point-of-sale system, including daily closings and cash register reconciliations
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene, safety, and quality standards

What You Bring to the Table

• Completed training in the hospitality or food service industry
• Several years of professional experience in service, ideally in a leadership role
• A natural host with a genuine passion for excellent service
• Enjoyment of leading, motivating, and developing a team
• A confident, charming, and professional demeanor—even when dealing with demanding guests
• Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to take initiative
• Good knowledge of wine and beverages, as well as a passion for active sales
• Very good command of German and English
• Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
• Flexibility, resilience, and a passion for teamwork
