What to Expect
- Cooking a station as agreed
- Assisting with the à la carte service at lunchtime
- Preparation work for the evening service according to the kitchen management’s instructions
- Assisting with plating during dinner service
- Assisting with apprentice training / guiding apprentices at the station
Requirements
What you bring to the table
- A warm and friendly demeanor & a passion for delighting our guests, young and old
- Completed vocational training and/or relevant professional experience
- Strong technical and product knowledge
- Passion for your work and creativity
- A clean and efficient work style
- Team spirit
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Language skills
