What to Expect
- Cooking a specific station as assigned
- Assisting with the à la carte service at lunchtime
- Preparing for the evening service according to the kitchen management’s instructions
- Assisting with plating during dinner service
- Assisting with apprentice training / providing guidance to apprentices in the station
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- A warm, friendly attitude and a passion for delighting our guests, young and old
- Completed vocational training and/or relevant work experience
- Strong technical and product knowledge
- Passion for your work and creativity
- A neat and efficient work style
- Team spirit
- Fluency in German and English; other languages a plus
