You are the beating heart of the hotel—the first “Welcome!” and the last “Have a safe trip home!” Everything comes together through you. You handle every request with ease and make every connection effortlessly. Hungry in Room 125? A snack is already on its way. A crying little guest in Room 309 needs a stuffed animal? You’re already on your way to save another vacation. In between, you juggle emails and solve every challenge. An agitated caller can’t rattle you, because you always find a solution. You are calmness personified and hold the responsibility in your hands.

Requirements
What you bring to the table
- A warm, friendly demeanor and a passion for delighting our guests of all ages
- Completed school or vocational training
- Previous work experience is a plus
- Team spirit
- Good computer skills and experience with reservation systems are desirable
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus
- Language skills
