As the link between the kitchen and the guest, you are the taste ambassador who presents the culinary highlights of the day with expertise and enthusiasm.
What to Expect
- Assisting the Chef de Rang during breakfast service
- Assisting with the service of gourmet menus at your assigned station
- Assisting the Chef de Rang with beverage and coffee service
- Supervising the various buffets, such as breakfast, lunch, cake, and snacks
- Assisting with bar service (partially)
- Mise-en-place tasks for the stations
- Cleaning duties in the section
Requirements
What you bring to the table
- A warm and friendly demeanor & a passion for delighting our guests, young and old
- Completed vocational training and/or relevant work experience
- Team spirit
- Language skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
