Description
The family-run Seehotel Europa stands for the highest quality, enjoyment with all the senses and warm hospitality. We are looking for a creative chef for our "Rooftop Tapasbar See la vie"!
Your tasks
- Culinary creations: Independent preparation and presentation of high-quality tapas and small dishes that delight our guests.
- Teamwork: close cooperation with the Commis de Cuisine and service team
- Quality guard: Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP as well as checking stock levels and ordering fresh ingredients on time
- Creative input: developing and implementing new recipe ideas and menu creations
- Efficiency: Organizing and coordinating work processes in your area of responsibility and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, especially when there is a high volume of guests.

Requirements
- Specialist knowledge: Completed vocational training as a chef.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.

- Ability to work under pressure: Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations.
- Precision: Careful and accurate way of working.
