Your tasks

• Ensuring a flawless, friendly service
• Shared responsibility for the optimal care of hotel guests in line with the family philosophy
• Supporting activities such as managing working time accounts, creating station plans, shift plans, assigning areas of responsibility within the service team
• Shared responsibility for training and promoting junior staff
• Regular participation in periodic management meetings
• together with or in the absence of the restaurant management, preparation of duty roster and vacation planning for the entire department in compliance with legal requirements

We would be delighted if you

• have completed relevant vocational training
• have free access to the labor market in Austria
• has business fluent written and spoken German language skills
• have a good command of English (at least B1)
• have a communicative, clean and confident demeanor
• have a willingness to work in a team, commitment, reliability and independence
• are decisive and punctual
• Willingness to live our company philosophy

• Disciplinary control of the department
