Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Providing warm and professional service to our guests
- Independently managing a section and ensuring that service runs smoothly
- Advising our guests on their selection of food and beverages
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages professionally
- Actively promoting and recommending beverages, wines, and menu pairings
- Mise en place and preparing the restaurant for daily service
- Ensuring a neat and professional appearance in the restaurant
- Working closely with the kitchen and service team
- Attentively fulfilling individual guest requests
- Handling feedback and guest requests professionally
What You Bring to the Table
- Completed training in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
- Professional experience in upscale restaurant or hotel service
- A passion for hospitality and a love of working with people
- Confident, warm, and professional demeanor
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, and ideally wine
- Enjoyment of active sales and providing personalized advice to our guests
- Good command of German and English
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and the ability to handle pressure—even when things get a little hectic
- An eye for detail and a commitment to always providing our guests with the best possible service
