We are a team with a lot of heart and attention to detail. After all, it has always been the little things in life that bring happiness and joy. Whether it’s just the first coffee in the morning, a small gesture in the afternoon, or serving the first appetizer. Ultimately, our greatest task is to provide every guest with a wonderful break so that they go home at the end of the day with that WASNERIN feeling.

At our restaurant, our guests have the opportunity to choose their own menu every evening. This allows you, as a Chef de Rang, to have a lot of contact and communication with the guests. 

We take the time to cater to our guests and their wishes; whether at breakfast or dinner, no one is just another room number to us. As a result, many of our guests have already become regulars and look forward to seeing familiar faces and having pleasant conversations every time they visit. They feel well taken care of from the very beginning, and we notice that too.   

What can you expect from us? 

• Choice of a 5-day workweek or a 4-day workweek…

• Working as part of a 25-person service team

• Independently managing a section • Ensuring a smooth workflow 

• General service tasks such as setting tables and “mise en place” preparations 

• General breakfast service, including setting up the buffet

• À la carte service in the afternoon

• First-class evening service 

• Wine & beverage service 

• Optimal guest care & proactive sales to guests

• Teamwork within the service department and with the kitchen
