Sauna Master (m/f/d)

Description
For the position of sauna master, we are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and confident person who is enthusiastic about conducting sauna infusions for our guests. Perhaps you’d also like to participate in the activity program, which includes fitness and sports sessions?
- Conducting sauna infusions (approx. 3 times daily)
- Providing professional guest service and answering questions about bathing and wellness throughout the spa area
- Preparing and providing massages, towels, and drink cups
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the sauna and wellness areas
- Providing firewood for relaxation areas and fireplace areas, as well as lighting and cleaning the fireplace areas
- Tidying up and keeping lounging areas clear during peak hours
- Assisting with physical tasks, such as transporting and setting up loungers, umbrellas, and cushions
- Daily operation and monitoring of the pool robot to clean the swimming pool
- Assisting with general cleaning and maintenance tasks in the wellness area
- Checking that all saunas, steam rooms, and infrared facilities are in working order, as well as inspecting the lamps
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a good command of German when interacting with guests
- Experience in the wellness, spa, or hotel industry is a plus
- A friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented demeanor
- Strong sense of responsibility for hygiene and safety
- Physical stamina and a hands-on approach
- Enjoy working with guests
- Ability to work well in a team and reliability
- Interest in long-term employment with the company
