Sous Chef (m/f/d)

Description

A CAREER at WASNERIN—the start of your success story!

People need places where they can thrive and find joy in their work.

We’re located right in the heart of the beautiful Ausseerland region, surrounded by mountains and lakes—the G’sund & Natur Hotel DIE WASNERIN. In such a diverse region, it’s no wonder that cuisine plays a central role. This is certainly true at THE WASNERIN, because, as we all know, indulgence is the best form of relaxation and a well-deserved break.

And that’s exactly where we come in…

…with a deep love for detail and our ingredients, it is a labor of love for us—the WASNERIN kitchen team—to showcase the Ausseerland region through our regional, light, and wholesome cuisine.

Enjoyment begins with the first bite of an appetizer and ends with the words of praise from a satisfied guest. To ensure our guests can enjoy the full experience, we offer them the opportunity to customize their evening menu. As part of our daily 5-course menu, we also offer vegetarian and vegan alternatives and are happy to accommodate special requests. This allows us to delight the palates of even the most discerning guests. It goes without saying that our guests leave with that WASNERIN feeling.

To continue conveying this very “WASNERIN feeling,” we are looking for colleagues… ...

who approach their work with enthusiasm and passion...

who want to delight our guests with a culinary escape ...

who support and motivate one another as a team to make the most of every day …

who are ready to grow and learn new things

Every component of a menu is important, and so is the person behind it. With your creativity and passion for working with fresh, regional products, you can actively participate in menu planning as a Chef de Partie and are welcome to contribute your own ideas to get the most out of your role.
