Description
For our family-run 4-star hotel in the center of Sölden with 39 rooms and an à la carte restaurant (only during the day, in the evening only hotel guests) we are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our hotel guests, as well as for à la carte lunch and dinner. In the half-board area you will look after approx. 25 guests. We serve a 3 course menu with choice in summer and a 4 course menu with choice in winter. As we have a lot of international guests, it would be important if you have a basic knowledge of English. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. Requirements
Your tasks will include. - Welcoming and seating guests - taking orders and providing expert advice on food and beverages - serving food and beverages in an appropriate manner - wine service - ensuring a smooth flow in the service area - maintaining and checking the mise en place You should have a good command of German and a basic knowledge of English. Vocational training in gastronomy would be a great advantage or otherwise professional experience in gastronomy is required.

Very nice staff accommodation on the outskirts of Sölden with a small kitchen and living area and underground parking space. You can take 3 meals with us free of charge. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - even on days off. The staff accommodation is located opposite the hotel - in the center of Sölden. Grocery stores, stores, access to ski lifts all nearby. Sölden offers a wide range of leisure activities. Our new fitness room can be used free of charge by our employees. The working atmosphere is informal and we want to treat our employees as equals.
