• Wine Culture & Recommendations: You’ll curate our wine list with expertise and a passion for active sales.
• Top-Notch Service: You’ll manage your station independently, proactively, and with an eye for aesthetic details.
• Appreciative Hospitality: You create an atmosphere that is both highly elegant and noticeably relaxed.
• Commitment to Quality: You combine efficiency in our winter operations right on the slopes with absolute precision and a flawlessly maintained work environment.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Substantial professional experience as a Chef de Rang in upscale restaurants or the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of food and wine, as well as the ambition to represent our culinary offerings convincingly.
• Composure and a clear overview—even during peak times at the ski resort, you remain focused, charming, and organized.
• A high degree of personal responsibility, team spirit, and a desire for a long-term partnership (ideally extending beyond the winter season).
