Haus Jausern is a 31-room boutique, design, and wellness hotel in Saalbach/Vorderglemm—family-friendly, authentic, and warm-hearted.
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and caring housekeeper who will lead our small team with passion, precision, and independence.
Your Responsibilities
- Management and organization of the housekeeping team
- Independently cleaning and maintaining all 31 rooms and common areas
- Quality control and ensuring our cleanliness standards are met
- Orienting, training, and motivating new employees
- Responsibility for linens, cleaning supplies, and materials
- Active participation in the team—we all work together
Your Profile
- Professional experience in housekeeping, ideally in a leadership role
- Training in cleaning, the hospitality industry, or a related field
- A strong sense of order and cleanliness—quality is your standard
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Enjoy working in a small, friendly team
Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas
- Inspecting rooms and ensuring our quality standards are met
- Actively contributing ideas, improving, and further developing our housekeeping standards
- Working in a small, close-knit team
What you bring to the table:
- Extensive professional experience in housekeeping
- A very precise, structured, and conscientious approach to work
- A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Reliability, a sense of personal responsibility, and team spirit
- Experience working in high-end establishments.
- Language skills
German
