Here, you’ll cook at the highest technical level, with a clear commitment to quality and freshness. As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely alongside our Executive Chef Stefan Lechleitner, help lead the team in day-to-day operations, and collaborate daily to create a four-course menu made exclusively from fresh, regional ingredients and presented with an eye for detail.

Requirements
Experience in fine dining and a successfully completed apprenticeship.
You’ll be constantly interacting with people and handling food, so politeness, a neat and professional appearance, and good hygiene are absolute musts.
Be as ready as possible to perform in all roles.
Ability to work independently, high standards for quality and sustainability, and a clean and organized work style.
Standing in for the head chef on his days off.
