• Organization of Workflows in the Service Department
• Managing the service station and assisting with the buffet service
• Ensuring seamless guest service
• Welcoming, seating, and attending to guests
• Advice on Food and Beverages
• Receiving and Forwarding Orders
• Checking and Restocking Inventory
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the service area
• Point of Contact for Guests and Staff
• How to Use an Orderman
• Invoice Processing and Cash Management

Requirements

• Completed training in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• A neat appearance and good manners
• Organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture
• Punctuality and good time management
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Awareness of Cleanliness and Hygiene
• Ability to work well with others and a willingness to communicate
• Load Capacity and Flexibility
• Excellent knowledge of German
• Foreign languages are a plus

Employment Requirement
